Community Eligibility Provision

Dear Parent:  

We are pleased to inform you that your child’s school has been selected to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program for the 2025-2026 school year.    

Your school will offer healthy meals to ALL students through CEP at no charge. Every child has access to free breakfast, lunch, and afterschool snacks every day. NO MEAL APPLICATION IS NEEDED for your child to participate in this program.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
